2023 Fall Cruise
The fall cruise will leave San Carlos after the Fall Regatta, approximately the evening of October 30 or early morning on October 31. The first stop is tentatively planned for Santa Rosalia for a few days to enjoy the Día de los Muertos celebrations. Then we will head over to Isla San Marcos to explore the island and try to catch fish for dinner. Stops after the island are up to the cruisers and the amount of time they have to enjoy themselves, but possible stops could be Punta Chivato, Santo Domingo, or various anchorages in Bahía Concepción.
The temperature is beautiful with warm days and cool nights. The water is still relatively warm. However, the north winds can be sporty this time of year, so we will be watching the weather very closely to keep our sailing in safe weather windows.
