Monthly Club Meeting

TSC members,

The Tucson Sailing Club and Brother John’s has made some arrangements to better ensure that we can safely have an enjoyable meal and meeting on Tuesday, June 16^th in light of the current COVID19 situation.  We all realize that we need to be extra careful and considerate of others in public.

• We will have the meeting outside in their newly enhanced patio.   
• The patio has recently been updated and is completely roofed, lighted and the floor is covered with artificial turf. See attached photos.  Seating is comprised of ten (10) large picnic tables that are 7’ long so we should be able to maintain the recommended social distancing with 4 per table and still accommodate our group.
• You will be able to order and eat at your table, but we request that people arrive early so they can get seated and get their orders in.....You will be able to order from your phone, or the traditional way from a server. We will have two servers dedicated to the patio and it is suggested that we avoid the bar.
• Every effort will be made to record the evening presentation so that it can be made available to members after the meeting...

The anticipated temperature at meeting time will be in low 90’s but it should cool down as the evening progresses.

Please bring your masks  and think social distancing! And if you have been exposed or otherwise at risk of having COVID symptoms, please stay home.
