There is a bridge meeting for the club’s officer group once a month, at Cody’s Beef ‘n Beans.
In a separate email, Brian has sent all pertinent files (Agenda, Budgets, etc).
Mark Kane will initiate the conference call (and screen sharing available, if you are able to join via your computer.
Brian will run the meeting, I will be sharing the files as needed, during our discussions.
If you choose the option to dial in, only with your phone, you may wish to have the files from Brian accessible for your reference.
You have 3 choices to join the meeting:
1. Use your phone and the Phone Number (and Conference Code numbers) to join with VOICE/AUDIO only
(no computer required, numbers are close to the bottom of this invitation)
2. Use your laptop or desktop computer to join the meeting (Screen sharing and Audio through the computer)
3. Use your laptop or desktop computer to view content but use your phone to join for audio.
A blend of items 1 and 2 above. As with item 2 With this option your computer speakers and microphone
should be muted to avoid any cross talk or interference between systems.
